Reviews and Ratings <br />
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Phi Phi. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the beach and the pier, making it convenient for exploring. The room was spacious and clean, although it was a bit outdated. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, which added to my overall positive experience. However, I encountered a few issues with termites and strange smells in the hallway, and I do wish there were more towels provided in the room. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I recently spent three days at this hotel with my kids, and we had a great time! The bungalow was spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was clean and enjoyable. However, we did encounter some noise from music nearby, which might not suit everyone’s taste. Overall, the experience was positive, especially with the friendly staff, but the dining options could have been better.
While the hotel offers clean spaces and a good pool area, my experience was marred by a series of disappointments. The initial room was great, but I was forced to switch to a smaller room that did not meet expectations. Additionally, the staff wasn't the most welcoming. The beach view was beautiful, which was a highlight, but the noise from construction nearby was quite bothersome.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was beautiful and quite peaceful, the rooms felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The service was friendly, but the dining options were quite limited, and the noise from construction didn’t help the overall atmosphere. It was a decent price for a resort setting, but I would have expected better facilities given how much I paid.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious, which was nice, but they felt outdated and really need a refresh. The breakfast was somewhat limited in options, and the staff weren't very accommodating during some frustrating situations I encountered. However, the pool area was a real highlight and provided a decent escape. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
